Once a purchase is made you will receive an email with detailed information about how to track the progress of your order from packing through to dispatch. Including when we have picked your products, packed them in the box and passed them to the courier!
- Our next day services arrive the next working day. However on rare occasions during busier periods and courier issues beyond our control this may take longer and cannot be guaranteed, but we will always do our best to make this possible in any way we can : )
- Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be shipped the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday.
- To track the progress of a current order, please check your email for instructions on how to do this. A link to download your order invoice is also available from your shipping confirmation email.
- Please ensure all addresses are entered carefully at checkout as we are unable to refund orders lost in transit due to addresses entered incorrectly. Gorgeous shimmery colour, will be buying more!
I couldn't review this before today as I only used the product yesterday. I used it with raspberry and the pale pink pigment pastes. In the jar it looked really quite grey but in the finished article it really packs a punch. Love it. Shall put pictures up when I have top coated the coasters.
I love all of these pigments. When payday comes I’ll be buying more colours!
For the bottle openers i also used dusky pink and raspberry.
This is a real delicate shimmery grey colour. Its so pretty its not a bold colour like some pigments but i just love it and have been using it alot
After using other pigments from here I thought it would be just as good. Unfortunately I found it to be quite disappointing. The pigment was very transparent and almost dirty looking. I used it once and won’t be using it again
