Apex Resin® UV is a one component UV / Sunlight curable resin perfect for a wide range of applications. Thanks to a fast cure time under UV lamp, anti-yellowing properties, no shrinkage and glass like finish, it is perfect for resin jewellery, bezel setting, small castings, doming, sealing, bonding and more. Apex Resin UV is super easy to use, requiring no mixing. Just pour and cure under a UV lamp making resin applications a breeze, producing a water clear, scratch resistant, bubble free finish.

PRODUCT DETAILS
- Refer to your instruction leaflet to ensure accurate results.
- Cure with a 36 watt UV lamp at a distance of 20 - 25 cm for up to 2 - 4 minutes
- Set the lamp for 30 - 60 seconds initially (if the resin remains tacky, repeat up to the full 4 minutes). Cure time is dependent on the thickness of the pour, thinner pours may cure in the first 30 seconds.
- Ensure the lamp is not too close to the resin surface or too powerful to avoid imperfections
- Pour up to a thickness of 4mm to avoid bubble formation
- For thicker pours apply in layers
- Cure time in natural sunlight (sunny day) 10 - 15 minutes
- Cure time in natural sunlight (cloudy day) 30 - 60 minutes
- Heat Resistance - up to 100°C
- Viscosity - High
- Extremely Durable
- Coverage - 100g covers approximately 150cm2
- Storage - store at room temperature away from sunlight. Keep product in black container to avoid UV penetration and seal after use.

As with all Resins, it is important that you read the safety precautions associated with our product carefully before use and contact us if you have any questions.
- Always wear nitrile gloves
- Wear a respirator when sanding partially cured resin
- Work in a well ventilated room
- Although a respirator is essential when sanding partially cured resin, we also recommend the use of one whenever working with resin for complete protection, especially when additives such as inks, paints, pigments have been added to resin
- Wear safety goggles
- Avoid skin contact, if contact occurs-wash with soap and water
- Allow the resin to fully cure before handling
- Avoid contact with clothes and furniture. If resin is poured on unwanted areas wipe immediately with a clean, dry cloth using acetone or similar solvent
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while working
- In case of eye contamination wash with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical advice immediately.
- If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately if you feel unwell
- If alcohol inks have been used, do not use a flame as alcohol is flammable
- Keep out of reach of children
- Not recommended for food contact
