Customs fees may be due on goods sent to international destinations. These may be requested by the courier to be paid prior to your order being delivered. As those fees are collected to receive the goods in your country, we deduct all taxes from our product prices.
Once a purchase is made you will receive an email with detailed information about how to track the progress of your order from packing through to dispatch. Including when we have picked your products, packed them in the box and passed them to the courier!
- Our next day services arrive the next working day. However on rare occasions during busier periods and courier issues beyond our control this may take longer and cannot be guaranteed, but we will always do our best to make this possible in any way we can : )
- Orders placed after 3pm (GMT) will be shipped the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday.
- To track the progress of a current order, please check your email for instructions on how to do this. A link to download your order invoice is also available from your shipping confirmation email.
- Please ensure all addresses are entered carefully at checkout as we are unable to refund orders lost in transit due to addresses entered incorrectly. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change this for you : ) although this is not always possible as we do begin to pack and dispatch items very quickly once they are placed!

- Please note if international orders are returned to us due to non payment of customs we are unable to refund any shipping costs and charge a 10% restocking fee for your items. Apex Resin® Deep Cast is a crystal clear, high gloss epoxy resin specifically designed for deeper pours and castings. Thanks to it's advanced anti-yellowing technology, low heat generation and bubble free formula. It is perfect for river tables, wood turning, flower or keepsake preservation, jewellery, encapsulations and all other casting or deep pour applications you can think of! With a high heat resistance up to 120°C, pouring thickness of up to 30cm, long working time and fast cure time, it makes pouring deeper castings a breeze! Leaving a water clear, non scratch, UV resistant, durable finish.

- Mix for at least 3 minutes, scraping the sides and the bottom of the container
- By Volume A : B = 200 : 100 (200 parts Resin : 100 parts Hardener) (For example 200ml Resin : 100ml Hardener)
- By Weight A : B = 300 : 100 (300 parts Resin : 100 parts Hardener) (For example 300g Resin : 100g Hardener)

- Extremely Durable
- Apex Resin Deep Cast is a deep pouring resin and is designed to be poured at a thickness between 10 - 30cm. It can be used for pouring at a thickness below 10cm, however we recommend the maximum mixing quantity to be no more than 9 Litres. This is based on a room temperature between 18 - 25°C. Temperatures above or below this may not produce the same results. For shallow castings we recommend our Apex Resin High Gloss.

RESIN SAFETY
Please note it is your responsibility to read all health and safety instructions before using this product.
Our resins have been formulated with the most up to date epoxy resin chemicals and technology and with safety in mind. Apex Resin is safe for home use. (When used as directed)
As with all Resins, it is important that you read the safety precautions associated with our product carefully before use and contact us if you have any questions.
- Always wear nitrile gloves
- Wear a respirator when sanding partially cured resin
- Work in a well ventilated room
- Although a respirator is essential when sanding partially cured resin, we also recommend the use of one whenever working with resin for complete protection, especially when additives such as inks, paints, pigments have been added to resin
- Wear safety goggles
- Avoid skin contact, if contact occurs-wash with soap and water
- Allow the resin to fully cure before handling
- Avoid contact with clothes and furniture. If resin is poured on unwanted areas wipe immediately with a clean, dry cloth using acetone or similar solvent
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while working
- In case of eye contamination wash with plenty of water for more than 15 minutes and seek medical advice immediately.
- If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately if you feel unwell
- If alcohol inks have been used, do not use a flame as alcohol is flammable
- Keep out of reach of children
- Safe for incidental food contact only and not as a food preparation or cutting surface. Food should not exceed 50°C
